117th Brigade
of Croatian army, Koprivnica
History
On June 28th first armed formation was formed under command of Territorial Defence Koprivnica under command of Jura Grobenski. Ivan Cmrk, Zdravko Sraček, Ivica Fajer, Josip Hrenić, Krešimir Hrenić, Vladimir Dobrovoljac, Ignac Gal, Zvonko Amon, Nenad Žumbar, Stanko Novak, Tomislav Magaš, Zlatko Međimorec, Stjepan Jagarinec, Blaž Jagarinec, Dražen Špoljar, Ivan Špoljar, Josip Pavlinić, Marijan Mlatilik, Marijan Lisjak i Dragutin Rendić (commander)
Brigade command was formed on September 4th 1991, under command of Colonel Dragutin Kralj. From April 15th, 1992 command is assumed by Colonel Ivica Zgrebec.
Brigade was dissolved at the end of July, 1992.
Most of the brigade was used in forming 146th Tactical Group which was sent to Bosnia and used in defense of Bosanski Brod.
