History: Developed during 1992, first seen in public during 1995 military parade.

Description: As base for project truck Torpedo HV 4x4 TK-130 T-7 chassis was used with many commercial automotive components. Armored body is made by welding of steel plates which gives protection from 5,56mm and 7,62mm from distance of 30 meters artillery shell fragments and anti-personnel mines.
Driver sits front left, for observation he has small bullet-proof windows. To his right is commander with single 360Â° periscope. Troop compartment is at the rear and infantry enter and leave through two doors in rear, doors on each side or three roof hatches. Single firing/observation ports in each side of troop compartment.
For protection 12,7mm M2 HB MG is mounted on top and eight 82mm smoke launchers. LOV has no amphibious capability. Central system for regulation of tiers pressure allows adjustments from 0,7 to 4,5 bars depending on terrain. Run flat capability is 50 kilometers.

LOV-OP Armored personnel carrier

LOV-IZV Reconnaissance variant with extra communication equipment and additional armament, 8-rail 60mm M93 Obad rocket launcher and 20mm RT-20 tactical sniper.

LOV-Z Command vehicle with six crew members, extra communication equipment, phone, air condition, sound isolation and generator 2,5 kW.

LOV-RAK 24/128 Self-propelled Multiple Rocket Launcher 128mm. On the back of the vehicle 24-rail launcher has been mounted, elevation is from -5Â° to +45Â°, and 360 degrees. Maximum range for standard M91 rocket is 8550 meters, and for new M93 is 13500 meters. There are 48 missiles in the vehicles.
