Mika Spiljak (Špiljak)

Biography:
Born on 28 November 1916 in Odra, near Sisak, Croatia. His father Dragutin was railway worker. From 1933, Mika was worker in Sisak and joined Communist Party in 1938.
Once First partisan detachment was formed near Sisak, Spiljak acted as liaison disguised in Home Defense solider uniform between detachment and CP leadership in Zagreb and Sisak until he joined it in July.
