Improved cro.inc file:

• Added artillery to all divisions (most had artillery battalion or two).
• Added Ustaska vojnica as militia unit (Ustashe army).
• Renamed all units 1st, 2nd and 3rd Corps are now I. II. and III. domobranski zbor, Croatian Infantry Division are now called pjesacka divizija
