Biografía:
de Koncarev Kraj, nacido en 1911, obrero metalúrgico, Secretario del Comité central del Partido comunista de Croacia y miembro del Buró político del Comité central del Partido comunista de Yugoslavia. Los italianos le cautivaron, después de haberle herido, en Split el 17 de noviembre de 1941 y luego le fusilaron en Sibenik el 22 de mayo de 1942.
