100. Jäger-Division

History

Original 100th Light Infantry Division was destroyed at Stalingrad together with 369th Reinforced Infantry Regiment. Reformed division was deployed to Croatia in June 1943 were it carried out anti-partisans operations before being sent to Albania in August to secure coastline defense in preparations for Italian capitulation. There it disarmed Italian 25th Army Corps and carried out numerous anti-partisans operations before being transferred to Hungary in March 1944.

Reformed in April 1943.
