Intro
German anti-partisan operation carried out by 15th Mountain Corps in area of Krbavsko field from 11 to 17 July 1944.
History
After completion of Operation FLORETT, 392nd Division regrouped for operation against Yugoslav Partisans 35th Lika Division which, partially supported by Allied Air Force, captured Å iroka Kula, LiÄki Osik and PeruÅ¡ić pushing back 4th Ustasha Brigade. This put in danger garrison in Gospić forcing Germans to send 1st Battalion/846th Regiment together with 19th Ustasha Battalion to recapture PeruÅ¡ić.
Operation
392nd Reconnaissance Battalion made detour through Homoljac and Vrela towards Korenica arriving to Bunić in the rear of 35th Division were it linked up with 1st Battalion arriving from GostovaÄa..

Aftermath
In order to aid 35th Lika Division, General Staff of Croatia ordered 13th Division to attack strongholds in area of Brinje - Žuta Lokva - OtoÄac. This resulted in attack on Drežnica in which 2nd Company/Replacement Battalion with one artillery battery of two 105mm from the 392nd Division was overran with almost half take prisoner.
