Operation SPATZ

(Sparrow / Vrabac)

Description

Anti-partisan operation of 2 battalions of the German 114th Jäger Division in area of Zlarin, Šibenik and Primošten from 14 to 20 October 1943.

Landings to secure Zlarin and Prvić islands were delayed because of lack of Siebel transport and started on 21 October.
