11th Corps of NOVJ

(Jedanaesti korpus NOVJ)

History

Eleventh corps was formed on 30 January 1944 from the 13th Primorsko-goranska and 35th Lika divisions and units of Operative HQ for Lika. Fought in Lika, Gorski Kotar, Hrvatsko primorje, Pokupje and Istra. In final operations of JA participates in liberation of Gorski Kotar, Hrvatsko primorje and Istra. Disbanded on 25 April 1945.
