Formed in Septmeber 1943:

Navy Command NOV&PO in Crikvenica (Navy Command for Croatian coast and Istra)

It had fleet, 4 naval infatry companies, several costal battaries and larger number of transport ships

Costal Command in Split, later Armed boats fleet Headquters
