Naval stations

(Mornaričke stanice)

Formed for purpose of organization, protection and maintaining sea traffic in there area. First was formed in Podgora on December 29th 1942 and after in Igranima in January 1943. After forming NOVJ Navy, Lastovo was formed on January 12th 1944 and it the end of summer Hvar, Mljet and Žirje. In November Boka and in February 1945 Dubrovnik. Reorganization of NOVJ in March, Naval station were reformed into Maritime Coastal Commands.
