Support ships of Yugoslav navy

(Pomoćni brodovi)

Used for transporting troops, armament and war material, wounded and refuges and. Different in size from motor boats and lighters and to steamships; most were motor sailing ships. They were armed with machine-guns and rifles and one had several anti-aircraft guns. Crew size was from 2 to 40. In the middle of 1944 there was 234 and at the end of the war in May 1945 total of 380 support ships. During war 51 was lost and 52 were damaged.
